Reinventing your organization?
4 months to help
you take a leap.
A guided journey for CEOs and founders who are transforming, or plan to transform, their organization. Built from years of conversations with leaders who have walked the path before you.
This is our founding cohort: 20 pioneers learning together in a new program designed by Frédéric Laloux.
Created and designed by
Frédéric Laloux, author of
Reinventing Organizations.
It's an adventure, but where is the map?
You've read Reinventing Organizations. You are going for it, with genuine and generous intentions.
-
A.
But you've never done this before, and it can feel daunting. It's a first time for you, and for everyone in your organization.
-
B.
Not everyone is on board, and things are harder than you expected.
-
C.
This is uncharted territory, and sometimes it can feel especially lonely at the top.
Before you, others have already gone through the ups and downs.
Imagine someone had packaged what they learned, for you. It's the first time for you, but Frédéric has spent years in conversation with CEOs and founders who have already been through it. He tracked:
- what they struggled with
- what worked and didn't work
- what they didn't even know they would have wanted to know!
Frédéric has packaged everything he learned in a powerful, concentrated program built on short videos, to spare you from much of the trial and error.
The goal is to help you make a leap forward, not start from zero.
A 4-month online journey built for CEOs and founders reinventing their organization.
What's inside
- 1
A structured journey with a weekly rhythm
- 2
Self-paced content: short videos, reflections, and practices to apply in your organization.
- 3
6 live sessions over 4 months, 4 of them with Frédéric directly, including Q&A
- 4
A community of practice with only fellow CEOs and founders
- 5
Lifelong access to the content, and lots of bonus material
- 6
Optional 1:1 coaching: monthly sessions with Lisa Gill to work through the specific issues you're facing.
At the end of this program, you will:
- have a clearer sense of what to expect in the transformation
- have the support from a group of peers on a similar adventure
- have defined your role and how you want to lead this change
- leave with a clear plan for what you will do differently
- know where the landmines are, so that you can avoid them.
The founding cohort will be special and intimate.
This is the first cohort, ever. 20 spots, no more. You'll get something special that future participants won't:
An intimate experienceYou'll only be 20, engaging deeply with each other and with Frédéric in the live calls.
You get to start nowThe next cohort might not happen for another year.
First to join a community of peerswho will likely stay connected long after the 4 months end.
Direct, ongoing input into how the program evolvesYour feedback shapes the tools and experience for future cohorts.
This is a beta. The content is strong, but in a first cohort, some things will be imperfect. Your input will directly improve them, and in exchange you get a more intimate experience.

FAQ.
What are the exact dates of the program?
We'll start on Monday, September 14, 2026 and finish on Friday, January 15. We'll take a 3 week holiday break from Dec 21 to January 3.
I'm not exactly a CEO or founder of an organization of 20 people or more, can I join?
Not this cohort. We want this program to be powerful specifically for CEOs and founders who hold ultimate decision-making power and responsibility for their organization's transformation. We're planning separate cohorts tailored to managers and other leaders, and to coaches and consultants, better suited to your role and needs.
Do I need to have already started my transformation?
No, not at all, as long as you've decided you want to go for it, to adopt the kind of practices described in Reinventing Organizations.
I'm already well underway. Does it still make sense for me to join?
No if you feel that you've more or less arrived where you want to be. Yes, if you are still on your way, even after one, two or three years. The most important question we have for you is: are you interested/excited to learn and to re-examine things you think you know or might already have tried?
Will you go into self-management, wholeness and evolutionary purpose?
Yes. But first, we'll start going deep into what we learned from people who've been there before about the role of the CEO/founder in this transformation and what they wished they had known about this adventure.
Then we'll indeed dive into how to implement self-management, then wholeness, then evolutionary purpose. We'll go particularly deeply into various aspects of self-management - because of the 3, self-management is often the most challenging to adopt.
How much time will this realistically take per week?
About 2-3 hours per week for a changing mix of self-paced video content, self-reflection, peer learning, and live calls. If you have extra time, there's plenty of bonus content.
Will Frédéric actually be present, and how often?
Yes, in two ways:
- throughout the course, every week, through video recordings where he shares content and insights
- and live in 4 of the 6 live calls.
I might be interested in the coaching sessions, can you say more?
Coaching can be a powerful way to go deeper as you embark on this transformation journey. The role of your coach, Lisa Gill, is to listen, ask questions, and give you honest feedback in line with whatever outcome you choose to set for yourself throughout the program. It’s possible to have breakthroughs in a short space of time when you dive under the surface!
Different ways to use your coaching sessions:
- Bring a live challenge you're facing to get coaching on
- Practise an upcoming conversation or scenario so you can get real-time feedback
- Explore unhelpful mindsets or ways of being that hinder your reinventing organisation journey
- Uncover new perspectives and ways forward through thinking out loud together
What NOT to expect:
- Your coach providing answers or prescribing solutions (though from time to time she might share a resource or two, as she knows this space deeply)
- A nice, comfortable, unstructured chat
Is the whole program in English?
Yes. The videos are subtitled in French and German, but the interactions and live calls will be in English.
(There will be small learning groups in the course. Potentially, if there is interest and enough people from a certain language, we might group you together, say small groups with native French or German speakers, depending on who signs up.)
What time zone will this be in?
The live calls will be at 5 or 6 pm Central European Time, to make it as easy as possible for people around the world to join.
I read Reinventing Organizations - will I learn something new?
Yes! The course material is entirely new compared to the book. That's why we ask that all participants have read the book (the original version or the shorter, illustrated version), we'll assume that you are familiar with its main ideas.
The book describes the destination - what your organization might look like in the future. The course is all about the journey: how do you get there from here?
What if I've already watched the 'Insights for the Journey' videos?
This course's core content comes from the Insights for the Journey series. We built this program because we realized that while the content itself is powerful, simply watching videos isn't enough to make it transformational. That happens when we structure and pace the content, spark insight through pointed questions for self-reflection, anchor it through peer exchange, let you feel the energy of a group of 20 peers, and push you to test what you're learning in real life, right away. So even if you've already seen the videos, you may still find real value in joining.
What happens after the 4 months? Will I keep access to the content and the community? Will there be a Cohort 2?
You'll keep access to all the content, for sure. If participants want to keep doing peer exchange after the program ends, we'll help structure that.
As for future cohorts, we don't know yet. There may be a next CEO cohort starting around September 2027. In the meantime, we hope to launch cohorts for managers and internal change agents, and separately for coaches and consultants.
